Herzlich Willkommen! Es freut mich sehr, dass du Interesse daran hast mich in meinem modernen Studio als Künstler zu besuchen. Ich biete dir einen sauberen und modernen Arbeitsplatz, den du flexibel nutzen kannst. Direkt neben deinem Arbeitsplatz befindet sich unser Apartment was dir eine Schlafmöglichkeit für zwei Personen bietet. In diesem Apartment mit seperatem Eingang befindet sich ein Raum mit Sofa (Schlaffunktion) ein Fernseher und Kommoden. Hier findest du auch unsere geliebte Super Nintendo. 🙂
Welcome! I am very pleased that you are interested in visiting me as an artist in my modern studio.
I offer you a clean and modern workplace that you can use flexibly. Our apartment is right next to your workplace,
which offers you sleeping accommodation for two people.
In this apartment with a separate entrance there is a room with a sofa (sleeping function), a TV and chests of drawers.
Here you will also find our beloved Super Nintendo. 🙂
Das Apartment // The Apartment
Das Apartment verfügt über einen Flur mit Garderobe und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Ein Herd ist leider nicht vorhanden jedoch eine Mikrowelle oder ein Grill. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher können wir dir gerne zur verfügung stellen. Eine gemeinnützige Waschmaschine steht ebenfalls zur verfügung. Private Parkplätze findest du und deine Kunden direkt vor der Tür.
The apartment has a hallway with a wardrobe and a bathroom with a shower. Unfortunately there is no stove, but there is a microwave or a grill.
We can provide you with fresh bed linen and towels. A non-profit washing machine is also available.
You and your customers will find private parking spaces right in front of the door.
Standort // Location
Umliegend von unserem Studio findest du Supermärkte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale die täglichen Mittagstisch anbieten. Das Zentrum von Kiel (Landeshauptstadt von Schleswig-Holstein) liegt 20 Kilometer entfernt und ist einfach mit Auto, Bus & Bahn oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Nur 5 Kilometer entfernt findest du den ersten Strand. Viele weitere Strände und Küstenregionen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind super gut zu erreichen.
Surrounding our studio you will find supermarkets, shops and restaurants that offer daily lunch.
The center of Kiel (state capital of Schleswig-Holstein) is 20 kilometers away and can be easily reached by car, bus, train or bicycle.
Only 5 kilometers away you will find the first beach. Many other beaches and coastal regions are in the immediate vicinity and are very easy to reach.
Konditionen // Conditions
Wir bieten dir sehr faire Konditionen an und berechnen diese pro Tag 250 € (inkl. MwSt.), pro Woche 1200 € (inkl. MwSt.) oder pro Monat 3200 € (inkl. MwSt.).
Ein Preis für alles! Es ist alles eine sache der Planung und Absprache.
We offer you very fair conditions and calculate them per day 250 € (incl. VAT), per week 1200 € (incl. VAT) or per month 3200 € (incl. VAT).
One price for everything! It’s all a matter of planning and agreement.

So wie du es dir Wünscht sind wir bemüht deinen Aufenthalt so angenhem wie möglich zu gestalten und planen für dich Termine oder du bringst deine eigenen Kunden mit. Sag einfach bescheid, wei du es am liebsten hast. 🙂
